Asana series 7*12

This series consists of 84 asanas grouped in sequences depending of practitioner’s level. Beginners are advised to master first 3 sets. When one’s body obtains some flexibility and structure, and practitioner is able to stay still in every asana for enough time (5-7 breathings), it is worth to do gradually other sets. Breathing is quite important in asana-practice, and it is recommended to study abdominal breathing and do it in very calm state while practicing. These sets do not include shavasana (corp’s pose), but it is advisable to do it at the end of asana’s practice, after that one can start pranayama.
