Bahya-nyasa
बाह्यन्यास, bāhyanyāsa"external nyasa"
Bahya-nyasa or bahir-nyasa (from Sanskrit "bahis" means "external") is part of the tantric ritual in which the practitioner touches the fingers or hands formed in the mudra to different parts of the body. It is also called sparsha-nyasa (from Sanskrit "sparsha" means "touch").
