Surya-akasha
Surya-akasha
Surya-akasha is an enhanced experience of the tattva-akasha. Surya is related to our true self-luminous essence (Atma). From this essence all worlds, all objects of the world emanate, they are perceived as identical to our soul and shining like bright sunlight.
During meditation on surya-akasha, one should observe all objects of consciousness as the light of their true essence. To feel how all parts of the body emit light similar to the sun, and how all objects of perception emit radiance, and through this radiance to realize their identity with the source of all these forms of radiance - the Atman. This light spontaneously and continuously oscillates and pulsates, therefore consciousness, being one with the light, also has no fixed forms, it is pure, bright and spontaneous. This is its own unity with all aspects of its being in the broadest sense of the word, the highest state is anuttara.
