Madhya-lakshya

Madhya or madhyama lakshya.

Middle lakshya: objects or areas for concentration that are not only inside or outside a person but permeate the inner and outer space simultaneously. It is considered that the object of madhya-lakshya does not have a certain size or shape, but can have color and light characteristics.

Five vyomas known to belong to lakshya, as well as various effects or states achieved in the practice, which can be described as hollow, all-expanding or all-encompassing.
