Agnisara
Agnisara
अग्निसार, agnisāra
Agnisāra-kriyā – one of the intensive practices of kindling an internal fire. It is used to kindle the jatharagni (digestive fire), and transform it into bhutagni (the inner fire, which allows to perceive the subtle energies of the world, contributing to the opening of Kundalini Shakti and gaining knowledge about the world).
How to practice:
Make a full exhalation, drawing in your stomach, and bring it closer to the back as much as possible. Repeat several times. The belly retracts and relaxes pausing the breath. Repeat until the abdomen is softened. It is very good to practice nauli after agnisara practices.
