Try to be sincere with Guru and Guru-bhayas (dharma brothers and sisters). This is extremely necessary, because if your problems are in sight, then everyone will try to help you in any way they can. Adhering to ārjava is not as easy as it seems. When you openly talk about your shortcomings in the same way, you cling less to them inside, and your soul is liberated from them.
