Satsang — Seva

Communication with the Guru.

A gathering of people around an enlightened person, in order to hear the truth, talk about it and assimilate it.

"purity", "pure"; literally “existence, reality”, also “sadguna”. One of the three gunas (qualities) of Prakriti, personifies purity, virtue, balance.

Satya is the truthfulness not only in speech, but also in thoughts and behavior.  Satya implies a commitment to truth in every area of internal and external life.

the epoch of righteousness, the "golden era"

Satya-yuga or Krita-yuga is the first of the four yugas in the time cycle according to the Vedas. The period of truth and purity. The duration of the satya-yuga is 1,728,000 years. During this period, people are endowed with such qualities as asceticism, purity, mercy and truthfulness. The canonical texts describe that in this era people were rich spiritually, and could meditate for tens of thousands of years.

It is a partial synonym for "brahmaloka".

According to the cosmography of classical Hinduism, satyaloka is the highest of the worlds. There are no limited forms or time in this world.

The eponymous teaching in Hinduism, whose representatives worship Surya as the supreme deity. He is the head of Trimurti, its personification, the eternal Brahman, the soul of all beings, the self-born, the cause of everything and the foundation of the world. The Sauras worship Surya as Saguna Brahman.

The depth of the development of relations with the divine. 

Different traditions of Hinduism designate the "sayujya" stage of union, merging with God. Translated, it means "connection", "merger", "absorption", "resemblance". This is one of the four degrees or states on the path of gaining mukti: sayujya is immersion in the divine essence, identification with it.

Seva is a Sanskrit word describing an act of selfless service. The root सेव (or शेव) means "to serve," "to remain close to," "to honor," or "to devote oneself to something."

Selfless service is an important concept in most Eastern religions and yoga, considered an integral part of the spiritual path. Such work is often dedicated to God, Guru, or a saint. It should be performed without expectation of any benefit or reward for the practitioner.
